1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of intotheextraordinary.com, Into the Extraordinary, the Field Notes publication, and related content or services provided by Archalon LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Questions may be sent to hello@intotheextraordinary.com.

2. Who we are and what we offer

Into the Extraordinary is a creative, editorial, and educational project published by Archalon LLC. Current work includes the website, free and paid Field Notes subscriptions through Substack, videos, written material, and original audio. Archalon LLC is also preparing a one-off Personal Inner Rehearsal commission. See the Offerings page for current availability, prices, fulfillment, and scope.

3. Lawful and respectful use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to bypass security or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or scrape it in a way that causes harm.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the work to infringe another person's rights.
• Exploit our content commercially without written permission.

4. Field Notes subscriptions

The Field Notes publication offers a free plan and optional recurring paid plans through Substack. Current web pricing is $6.99 USD per month or $69.99 USD per year. There is no Founding Member plan. Prices presented through an iOS app or localized checkout may differ. The final price and currency shown at checkout control.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. A paid subscription provides access to paid-subscriber posts, audio, and resources published during the subscriber's active access period, along with free publication material. The publication has just opened, its paid archive may initially be empty, and no fixed publishing cadence is currently promised.

Subscribers may cancel through their Substack account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Refund requests should be made promptly through Substack or by emailing hello@intotheextraordinary.com. Substack's current policy generally honors requests submitted within seven days of payment unless a subscriber perk has been claimed, and also includes protection for dormant publications. Refund timing and eligibility remain subject to Substack's refund policy, applicable law, and the payment channel used.

5. Personal Inner Rehearsal commissions

Personal Inner Rehearsal commissions are being prepared and are not currently available for purchase. The planned one-off commissioned creative service includes one private introductory conversation, an original written script shaped from the participant's language, a custom produced spoken-word audio piece, and private digital delivery. It does not include a delivery call.

If commissions open, an introductory call or inquiry does not itself create a paid engagement. Before payment, the customer will receive a written proposal stating the exact fixed price in USD, scope, deliverables, delivery timeline, revision terms, and refund or cancellation policy. The accepted proposal and any service agreement will become part of these terms and will control for that commission if it conflicts with a general statement on this page.

6. Educational and creative nature of the work

Writing, videos, audio recordings, and related materials are editorial, educational, and creative work reflecting personal experience and perspective. They are not medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment; legal, financial, or investment advice; or a promise of any specific outcome. Audio intended for reflection or relaxation should not be used while driving or operating machinery. Consult a qualified professional for questions about your health, finances, or legal situation.

7. Participation and personal responsibility

Reflection and creative practices are participatory experiences. Your choices, circumstances, and results remain your responsibility. We do not promise transformation, revenue, health improvement, or any other particular result. If a practice feels unsafe or inappropriate for you, stop and seek support from a qualified professional when needed.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, audio, visual identity, and other materials published by Into the Extraordinary are owned by Archalon LLC or used with permission. You may access and share links to the work for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing, selling, or creating derivative works from it requires written permission.

9. Messages, submissions, and feedback

You retain ownership of original material you send us. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to respond, provide a requested service, administer our relationship, and comply with law. Please do not submit material you do not have the right to share. General suggestions may be used to improve the project without creating an obligation to compensate you.

10. Third-party services and payments

This site links to services operated by others, including Substack, Stripe, Cal.com, YouTube, and social platforms. Substack and Stripe process eligible web subscription payments; eligible iOS purchases may be processed by Apple. Archalon LLC does not receive a customer's full card number. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archalon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. To the extent a monetary limit is permitted, total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount the claimant paid directly to Archalon LLC for the applicable offering during the prior twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to a service when reasonably necessary to protect participants, enforce these terms, comply with law, or discontinue an offering. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits of liability, survive termination.

13. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
